We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team at Valley Truck Centers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and refinishing on a variety of vehicles, ensuring that they meet our standards of excellence. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform body repairs on trucks and vehicles using various techniques.
- Utilize power tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections to assess damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer as needed.
- Estimate repair costs accurately to provide customers with detailed quotes.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
- Familiarity with sheet metal work, welding, and auto painting techniques.
