Upper Valley Area:
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee building maintenance, repairs, and grounds upkeep at a residential community in the Upper Valley.
The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and takes pride in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.
- Complete repairs and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Troubleshoot general building, plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling issues within your qualifications.
- Coordinate outside contractors, inspections, and service appointments.
- Maintain maintenance records and manage supplies.
- Communicate repair needs, project priorities, and expenses to leadership.
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs as required.
- Work respectfully and professionally with residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous building maintenance or facilities management experience.
- Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience coordinating contractors or overseeing maintenance operations preferred.
