Job Description
The Outreach Support Specialist establishes and maintains satisfactory working relationships with the Accessioning staff, Couriers, Phlebotomists and clients of Valley Health laboratories through telecommunication and timely resolution of requests and concerns, reviews physician orders to insure no tests were missed and all tests have been ordered correctly. The Outreach Support Specialist pays attention to detail and has the ability to work quickly and accurately; ability to prioritize work demands; ability to maintain a professional demeanor with patients, physicians and employees.

High School Diploma or GED required

- Skill and proficiency in reading, writing, spelling, grammar and punctuation required
- Familiarity with CPT codes preferred
- Experience in clinical laboratory work required
