Position Summary
Provides administrative support to Medical Directors of Cardiac Specialties. Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to promote, coordinate and support the Cardiac Specialties programs. Facilitates the administration process of departmental activities (e.g., compiling and monitoring the master schedule for meetings; organizing and coordinating seminars, training programs, prepares monthly standard reports and other related activities).
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management, Business Administration preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in health care administration. Medical Science background preferred.
