Duties
- Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve dealership sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share.
- Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage inventory control and ensure optimal stock levels for high-demand models.
- Support the sales team with outbound sales efforts, upselling strategies, and B2B engagement.
- Foster excellent customer service by ensuring effective communication, phone etiquette, and professional public speaking.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new customers.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to sales staff on product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and organizational skills.
