Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our dealership. Duties

  • Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve dealership sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure optimal stock levels for high-demand models.
  • Support the sales team with outbound sales efforts, upselling strategies, and B2B engagement.
  • Foster excellent customer service by ensuring effective communication, phone etiquette, and professional public speaking.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new customers.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to sales staff on product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and organizational skills.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.

Skills

  • Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or dealership management.
  • Strong background in sales management, including pipeline development, inventory management, and CRM software proficiency.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication skills, and public speaking abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, outbound sales, and high-end vehicle transactions.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for broader customer engagement.
  • Skilled in marketing, inventory control, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts effectively.
  • Ability to perform cold calling and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach efforts.
  • Experience with sales support functions such as upselling techniques, customer service excellence, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
