What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative position at Footh Auto Sales & Service?
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system or cash register
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
HOURS of Operation: Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.
WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS OFF!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales preferred (automotive not required)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- MUST BE Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of technology products and ability to explain technical features to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
