Valley Foot & Ankle Specialty Providers (VFASP) is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Fresno, California.

About the Role
This role includes a patient caseload consisting of approximately:
- 50–60% foot & ankle rehabilitation
- 40–50% orthopedic and general musculoskeletal conditions
Common conditions treated include:
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Foot & ankle injuries
- Knee, hip, and back pain
- Shoulder and neck conditions
- Sports-related injuries
- Balance and mobility deficits
- Chronic pain and movement dysfunction
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patient populations while collaborating closely with providers and staff in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
Responsibilties
- Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatments
- Educate patients on movement, recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, assistants, and staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Supervise and direct Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff when appropriate
- Help create a positive, compassionate, and motivating patient experience
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California Physical Therapy License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Experience with post-surgical rehabilitation is a plus
- Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000–$110,000 annually depending on experience
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekends
