Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant who is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy clinical setting. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in both their work and professional presentation, and who can seamlessly support providers during procedures while keeping patient flow moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room patients efficiently and accurately document vitals and histories
- Assist providers with surgical procedures and treatments
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields and procedure rooms
- Perform injections, specimen collection, and wound care as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely charting in the EHR
- Manage patient flow to support a high-volume schedule
- Provide clear, professional patient communication and education
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of Medical Assistant experience required
- Hands-on experience assisting with minor surgical and procedural care
- Strong understanding of sterile technique and clinical protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate provider needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong work ethic and reliability—team players only
