Now Hiring: Line Cooks
As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen — preparing high-quality meals with consistency, speed, and care. If you love working in a fast-paced, team-first environment and take pride in your work, this is the spot for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station/area
- Ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation standards are met
- Communicate clearly with your team during busy service times
- Help with prep, stocking, and kitchen cleanliness
- Support kitchen efficiency by working quickly and accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Serve Safe certification is a plus (not required)

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and sit for up to ten (10) hours in length. Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc. up to 50 pounds in weight. Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication. Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment. The associate is responsible for performing the essential responsibilities of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. The associate should notify Valley Dairy Corporate Headquarters Human Resources Department of any reasonable accommodation requests and may need to provide supporting medical documentation.
