Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of public accounting tax experience
- Active CPA license required
- Strong background in general tax services for closely held businesses and individuals
- Demonstrated experience reviewing tax returns and leading tax planning engagements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage client relationships independently and serve as a trusted advisor
- Proven leadership capabilities with interest in long-term firm growth
- Experience mentoring staff and collaborating with partners
- Desire to progress into an ownership or equity role within a few years
- Oversee tax engagements for small to medium-sized business clients
