This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $85,000 to $105,000 depending on experience. Candidates at the upper end of this range must hold an active CPA license. While the company is open to highly qualified individuals beyond the Senior level, their priority is to identify a strong Senior-level professional.

Requirements of the Audit Senior:
- 3 years of experience in public accounting (national or large regional public accounting firm preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- CPA license required for consideration at the top end of the compensation range
- Experience in audit methodology and financial statement preparation
- Strong project coordination and client communication abilities
- Must have worked with clients across diverse industries—exclusive government or non-profit experience will not be accepted
- Familiarity with audit tools (Engagement software experience is a plus)
- Additional exposure to acquisition accounting is a plus
- Lead and manage audit engagements, including developing audit strategies and ensuring timely execution
- Oversee staff and delegate responsibilities across the engagement lifecycle
- Prepare and review financial statements and related disclosures
- Address complex client-specific risks and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and provide timely updates
- Research and resolve technical accounting questions and issues
- Support ad hoc duties as needed across engagements
