VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment. VAL-CO specializes in world-famous commercial poultry watering and feeding systems, as well as ventilation, feed storage, nesting equipment, and rodent and wildlife management. We are currently looking for Full-Time Machine Operator's in the New Holland, PA facility. The position is second shift, Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 1am. Pay starts at $18 per hour depending on experience with an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. Training will be on first shift. (6:00am to 2:30pm)
$20.50 per hour including shift premium

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and operate production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Adjust machine setting to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner
- Complete required logs and tracking cards
- Ensuring that machine is maintained for highest level of productivity
- Performing in-process inspection on components being produced
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams
- Consulting lead person for assistance if uncertain how to proceed
- Ensuring proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods up to 8-10 hours per shift
- Lifting of up to 50 lbs. periodically
- Possess basic math skills
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
- Basic English language skills
Salary : $18 - $21
