- Ensure hardware and test equipment meet quality standards within schedule and cost
- Develop and implement process controls for built-in quality
- Analyze process performance and product quality against requirements
- Perform First Article Inspections per AS9102 standards
- Conduct Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis to prevent defects
- Manage configuration control and review work product changes
- Develop acceptance plans and lead process improvements
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support layered process assessments and review manufacturing procedures
- Interface with customer inspectors and handle nonconformance issues
- Prepare data analyses and manage hardware incident reports
- Support mission assurance in electronic assembly areas
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with less than 2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Project
- Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, J-STD-001, Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, DOE, MSA
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing preferred
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret security clearance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ensuring product quality compliance
- Performing inspections and analysis
- Leading process and quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting configuration and process validation
- Collaborating with inspection and customer teams
