Role: The Director in Deal Advisory and Strategy Analytics leads data-driven solutions, managing teams of Data Architects, Engineers, Visual Analysts, and Data Analysts.
Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable data pipelines, models, and visualizations. Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and deliver relevant data products and processes. Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of data engineering and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum ten years of experience in data solutions, including five years managing data and analytics teams. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; Master's or PhD preferred. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform (Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, Azure ML). Proven expertise in cloud-native data ingestion, transformation, modeling, security, governance, and visualization. Strong communication skills and experience engaging with business stakeholders and executives. Familiarity with Agile project management and leading high-performance, diverse teams.
