We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components using hand tools and power tools, including framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, and fixture installation
- roofing tasks as needed on-site
- Assist with drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, siding, and water damage restoration projects
- Handle heavy lifting and material fabrication safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Support remodeling efforts by installing doors, windows, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and metal studs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Experience with trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, cabinetry setup and woodworking techniques
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws, grinders)
- Knowledge of concrete forming processes, plastering techniques, stucco application and siding installation
- Ability to perform plumbing and electrical tasks with proper safety awareness; experience in roofing and flooring installation is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, scaffolding use and hazardous materials handling
