Duties
- Assist in siding, framing, drywall installation, and finishing tasks using hand tools and power tools
- Perform demolition, site cleanup, and material handling to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Install fixtures, doors, siding, cabinetry, and flooring with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with plumbing, electrical work, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, tile laying, and other specialty trades as necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site environments with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry and siding.
- Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws, grinders)
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to maintain a clean and hazard-free work site
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
