Vaden Automotive is currently seeking a General Service Technician to join our growing service team. This position is ideal for someone who has moved beyond entry-level express maintenance work and is looking to continue developing their automotive career in a fast-paced dealership environment.
If you have experience performing brakes, alignments, tire work, maintenance services, and light mechanical repairs, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, and filters
- Diagnose and complete brake repairs, tire services, and wheel alignments
- Perform suspension and light mechanical repairs as needed
- Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced shop environment
- Work closely with Service Advisors and senior technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow manufacturer and dealership safety procedures and standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior automotive technician experience required
- Dealership experience preferred but not required
- Experience with brakes, alignments, tire work, and general maintenance repairs
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to continue learning and growing
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
