Vaden Automotive is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join our growing service team in Brunswick, GA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with prior dealership or automotive service advisor experience who understands how to balance customer satisfaction, technician efficiency, and service department profitability.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs with professionalism and accuracy
- Write detailed repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and service management
- Provide timely updates and follow up with customers throughout the repair process
- Promote maintenance and repair recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with dealership and manufacturer standards

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service environment required
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CDK, Xtime, or similar dealership management systems preferred
- Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
