Vaden Automotive is currently hiring an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead the Service and Parts Departments within one of our dealership operations. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the Service and Parts Department
• Drive profitability, efficiency, and overall departmental performance
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts team members
• Monitor key performance indicators including gross profit, effective labor rate, hours per RO, and CSI
• Ensure consistent execution of processes to maximize workflow and customer satisfaction
• Partner with dealership leadership to align fixed operations with overall store goals
• Analyze financial statements and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in automotive fixed operations leadership required (Service Manager, Fixed Ops Manager, or similar role)
• Strong understanding of service and parts operations in a high-volume dealership environment
• Ability to lead within a performance-driven, results-oriented culture
• Experience with dealership systems such as CDK and Xtime preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
