What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs with professionalism and accuracy
- Write detailed repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and service management
- Ensure timely updates and follow-up throughout the repair process
- Promote maintenance and repair recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with dealership and manufacturer standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service environment required
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of CDK, Xtime, or similar DMS systems preferred
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
