What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate:
- Be the Face of Vaden! Greet customers with enthusiasm and guide them through the vehicle selection process
- Know Your Stuff! Conduct test drives and highlight features, benefits, and value
- Close the Deal! Present pricing, financing options, and incentives clearly and confidently
- Build Relationships! Turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers and referral partners
- Stay Driven! Reach out to prospective leads, follow up on inquiries, and stay engaged with your pipeline
- Deliver an Exceptional Experience! Ensure every customer leaves feeling excited and valued
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person!
- Professional appearance and a team-player mindset
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
