What You'll Be Doing
- Accurately stocking products on shelves and pulling parts for customer orders
- Carefully pulling and moving products throughout the warehouse using a forklift
- Communicating logistics, shipping, and receiving details with carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Breaking down incoming skids
- Cross-training in different business areas
- Following all company policies and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement and efficiency
- Smashing targets and helping the company meet business objectives
- Completing additional responsibilities as needed
- 18 years of age
- Computer proficiency and data entry experience
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet all deadlines
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and build relationships within the team
- Sharp attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. (using proper lifting techniques), bend, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to read and understand tape measures and digital calipers
- Ability to follow all safety and cleanliness procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High school degree or equivalent
- Logistics or supply chain experience
- Forklift certification
- Working knowledge of hydraulic components
