Overview
Seeking a Windchill Developer with years of experience to lead implementations of ProjectLink and/or SUMA, deliver high-quality PLM solutions, and support global engineering initiatives using Agile practices.
Must Haves / Mandatory
- 5 years of experience with Windchill and PLM business processes
- Proven experience implementing ProjectLink for supplier collaboration
- Strong understanding of Windchill technical components and business processes
- Technical proficiency in Java (Windchill-focused), JavaScript, and SQL
- Experience integrating Windchill with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Nice to Have / Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Experience implementing Windchill SUMA for supplier management
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Exposure to PTC products (Creo, ThingWorx) and SAP S/4
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Windchill configuration: workflows, type/attribute management, access control, lifecycle definitions, templates, and replication strategies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to design and implement PLM solutions
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences (technical teams, executives, global stakeholders)
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate across global teams in a hybrid work environment
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and support of Windchill ProjectLink and SUMA for supplier collaboration
- Consult with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver PLM solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Drive integration initiatives between Windchill and ERP systems (SAP)
- Support additional PLM projects including MPMLink, process planning, and SAP S/4 migration
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions using Agile practices

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
