We've partnered with our client to find a VP of Finance to join a dynamic leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop finance and accounting teams, fostering performance and growth.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain robust internal controls.
- Manage asset/liability strategies, liquidity, investments, and risk policies.
- Drive month-end close, board reporting, and support annual audits and tax filings.
- Conduct financial and KPI analysis to identify trends and optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting leadership within a financial institution.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
