What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Operations Support Specialist position at Vaco by Highspring?
- Provide friendly, effective support to internal users
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with users regarding issue status and resolution.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the team by logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and service requests
- Support and enforce standard business processes & business rules.
- Contribute to maintaining established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators
- Continuously create, correct, and update process documentation within knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting documents for internal users.
- Assist in generating performance reports related to ticket volume and resolution times, highlighting areas for improvement.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
Salary : $68,000 - $72,000
