Vaco is recruiting on behalf of agrowingcompany seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. This position is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who wants exposure to both corporate accounting and cost accounting while working closely with operational leadership.

What You'll Do* Support monthly close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
* Perform general ledger maintenance and account analysis
* Assist with internal controls and audit support
* Collaborate with operational teams and support project-based accounting tasks
* Work directly in SAP for day-to-day accounting activity
* Provide occasional assistance to cost accounting as needed
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
* 1-3 years of accounting experience
* SAP experience is required
* Strong understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes
* Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both finance and operations teams
* Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and eager to learn

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
