The Role - Salesforce Developer (Hybrid | San Antonio, TX)Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain custom solutions within a Nonprofit Cloud environment. This role partners cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
Location requirement: Candidates must currently reside in the San Antonio, TX area. Hybrid schedule.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Support testing, deployments, and code reviews
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
Maintain documentation and follow best practices for security and performance
Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and certifications
5 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP)
Understanding of Salesforce administration fundamentals
Experience with source control and Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
Experience with Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
CI/CD and DevOps exposure
BOOMI, Copado, or similar tools
Additional Salesforce certifications (PD II, Architect-level certs a plus)

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
