Vaco has partnered with our client to hire a Field Sales Representative to join their team!

???Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by generating revenue from both new and existing medium to large customers.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, events, market research, and customer outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty, encourage repeat business, and recover lost accounts.

  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, working with technical experts when needed.

  • Manage the full sales process, including customer visits, preparing and following up on quotes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Keep all sales activities and customer interactions accurately documented in the relevant CRM system.

  • Support the collection of overdue payments from assigned customers when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or a similar role required
  • 5-10 years preferred for candidates with a background in consultative or solution-based selling, especially within the testing, inspection, or certification industry
  • Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to drive sales and negotiate effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office and Salesforce

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
