What You'll Do
Program Support & Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate interviews between vendors, candidates, and people leaders to keep hiring moving efficiently.
- Support the full contingent recruitment lifecycle and manage scheduling logistics.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain professional communication with vendors, leaders, and internal partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding communications, including first-day instructions and logistics.
- Partner with IT to resolve access or credentialing issues quickly.
- Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor extension requests and follow up to confirm details.
- Process contract extensions and update documentation to maintain compliance.
- Track and report extension activity to support workforce governance standards.
- Follow up with leaders to resolve outstanding time approvals for contingent workers.
- Maintain awareness of compliance requirements and escalate potential issues.
- Assist with accurate recordkeeping for audits and compliance reviews.
- Generate routine reports and dashboards on contingent workforce activity.
- Support ad-hoc projects like vendor audits, scorecard updates, and workflow improvements.
- Keep program files, trackers, and templates organized and accessible.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or workforce management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday or VMS is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately.
