Role SummaryLead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, driving CRM innovation and business process automation.
Key Focus Areas- Development: Build with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Visualforce; integrate via REST APIs.
- Architecture: Design robust, reusable solutions; reduce technical debt.
- Leadership: Mentor developers; ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimization: Enhance performance, automate processes, and support DevOps.
- Collaboration: Partner with global teams to align solutions with business goals.
- 7 years Salesforce experience
- Expert in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Clouds
- Strong API and integration skills
- Required: Platform Dev II, Community, Service Cloud, JavaScript certs
- Preferred: Architect certifications
- Bachelor's in CS or related field (Master's preferred)
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
