Responsibilities:
Process weekly/biweekly payroll, review timecards, and support job cost coding
Maintain payroll records, deductions, and employee setup (ADP a plus)
Respond to employee payroll questions
Provide general office and administrative support, including filing, invoicing assistance, and phone coverage
2 years of payroll or bookkeeping experience (construction preferred)
Experience with Sage 100, ADP, and Excel (pivot tables/VLOOKUP helpful)
Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
