Vaco is partnering with a leading food and beverage company to identify an Office Support Representative to be the first point of contact for guests, team members, and partners. Your main responsibility is managing high-volume phone communications with professionalism while ensuring a smooth, welcoming front-office experience.
This is a full-time, on-site role: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, serving as the Operator for the main phone line.

Responsibilities

• Handle and route high-volume calls across departments promptly and courteously.
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Greet and assist visitors professionally.
• Provide administrative support to People Business Partners.
• Monitor voicemail and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist with onboarding tasks (welcome packets, office tours).
• Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Uphold food safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in reception, administration, or call center roles.
• Strong phone etiquette and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and phone systems.
• Professional, friendly, and calm under pressure.
