Interim Payroll Director - Remote (Oracle Fusion Required)

We are working with an enterprise healthcare client that has an immediate need for a Payroll Director to support the team with some special projects. Oracle Fusion experience is REQUIRED.

This fully remote Payroll leader will support the executive leadership and transformation team in process optimization as they prepare for their go-live to Oracle Fusion. You will work alongside the technical project team, provide technical expertise to the business, and overall serve as a consultative layer of support in driving improvements in all aspects of payroll (compliance, processing, reporting) during this large transformation.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Oracle Fusion experience is REQUIRED
• Proven experience leading the payroll function in an enterprise organization
• Proven ability to support across transformations and special projects, with proven experience leading through an implementation
• Readily available and able to commit to 6 months
• EST/CST preferred
