Hospice Care Consultant

Vaco Atlanta is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to hire a Hospice Care Consultant for the Austin, TX, market. The goal is to drive referral partnerships and grow admissions across established territories. This is a relationship-focused, consultative role ideal for someone with an existing network in hospitals, physician offices, post-acute care, or senior services.

Role: Hospice Care Consultant
Location: Austin, TX
Job Type: permanent hire
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 base commission spot bonuses

What you'll do?

• Build and grow referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and facilities
• Execute strategic territory plans to increase admissions and census
• Educate referral partners and the community on hospice services
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support patient access
• Represent the organization at community outreach and education events

What you bring?

• 2 years of healthcare, hospice, home health, or medical/pharma sales experience
• Existing referral relationships in the local market strongly preferred
• Proven track record meeting referral or admissions goals
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
