Fulfillment Associate

Vaco Boston has partnered with our client to help find a Fulfillment Specialist to join its team. This position is onsite in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities

• 
  Fulfill customer orders including searches, document retrieval, preparation, filings, and recordings
• 
  Coordinate with customers, vendors, and agencies to resolve issues and meet deadlines
• 
  Explain services, processes, and jurisdictional requirements clearly and accurately
• 
  Make timely decisions to meet client expectations
• 
  Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• 
  Assist with training on products, requirements, and internal systems
  

Qualifications

• 
  Associate's degree or 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Experience with UCC, mortgage, lending, or commercial banking preferred
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong data entry skills
• 
  Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 
  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
• 
  Strong organizational and time management skills
• 
  Willingness to work overtime as needed
