Customer Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a diverse team in the music industry.

This Customer Support Specialist opportunity is a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering a high quality of customer service by assisting customers via phone, chat, and email
• Meeting key performance goals while maintaining a strong quality of service
• Listening to customer feedback and suggesting customer-oriented solutions
• Utilizing available resources to meet customers' needs
• Inputting data interactions into a CRM system

Requirements:

• 1 year(s) of experience in a customer-facing role managing customer escalations
• Experience in the music industry ideal, industry experience in retail or hospitality is a plus
• Experience communicating with customers or clients over the phone
• Must be able to work in-office in Nashville twice a week
• Must be comfortable talking on the phone up to 4 hours a day
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Must be a patience, active listener
