Vaco has partnered with our client, located on the northeast side of Indianapolis, to hire a Corporate Recruiter. Our client is experiencing rapid growth, including expansion into five new markets in early 2026. To support this momentum, we are seeking a motivated and adaptable Corporate Recruiter to join their team.

Key Objectives
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and evolving business priorities.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a broad mix of high-volume and revenue-impact roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using creative sourcing methods
- Adapt quickly to fluctuating priorities, shifting directions, and urgent staffing needs tied to new location launches and rapid company growth.
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-volume roles including Outside B2B Sales, Service Technicians, Business Development/Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Account Management/Collections.
- Conduct intake discussions, gather job requirements, and advise hiring managers on market realities, candidate profiles, and search strategy..
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, and onsite), and manage candidates through the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and oversee offer communication and pre-onboarding steps.
- Maintain high-touch communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Represent the recruiting function professionally and positively-serving as a culture carrier and first impression for talent.
- 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred. Also open to entry level candidates who are coachable and eager to learn
- Experience supporting multiple hiring managers simultaneously.
- Comfortable recruiting without advanced tools (no ATS)
- Proven success conducting interviews across phone, video, and in-person platforms.
- Adaptability: Able to shift priorities quickly as roles open/close and growth accelerates.
- Autonomy: Capable of owning the process with minimal day-to-day support; manager is remote four days a week.
- Resilience & positivity: Handles feedback well, stays optimistic, and maintains professionalism.
- Resourcefulness: Creative problem-solver who can source quality talent without robust systems.
- Relationship-building: Confident communicating with hiring managers and pushing back professionally.
- Onsite Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. Hybrid may be considered after ~6 months depending on performance.
- Operate independently onsite while the manager works remotely most days; maintain accountability without daily oversight.
- Fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and frequently changing environment.
- High visibility into leadership.
- Base salary: $55,000-$65,000 bonus opportunity
- Medical, dental & vision coverage after 60 days.
