Corporate Accountant

Position Summary
The Corporate Accountant will support key accounting and reporting functions, including month-end close, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and cash-related activities. This position offers broad exposure across the accounting function and provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a stable, growth-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including recurring and adjusting entries
• Support the monthly close process and financial reporting activities
• Analyze and record accruals, prepaid expenses, and other balance sheet accounts
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
• Assist with cash management and treasury-related reporting
• Review and analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable activity
• Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate discrepancies and improve processes
• Analyze general ledger activity and identify unusual variances
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting
• Assist with audit preparation and maintain supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams on various initiatives
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 1 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Experience supporting month-end close and general ledger accounting
• ERP system experience
• Exposure to financial statement preparation and account reconciliations
