Growing company looking for strong Controller to eventually grow into the CFO position
Strong GL month end close Prepare financial statements, AP,AR, Bank Recs, cash flow
Manage staff, AP,AR, Credit, Billing
Performs various accounting functions with respect to general ledger accounting, financial statements and account analysis
Prepares schedules, and financial statement highlights.
Ensures account activity is recorded, corrections are made, adjustments are calculated and journal entries are prepared
Reviews and prepares month/year end reports, accrual schedules and ad-hoc reports and analysis Reviews and verifies entries and accuracy of all account figures
Assist with external and internal audits work with outside CPA firm
Prepares bank reconciliations and cash posting reports
Maintains Accounting files, benefit plans, insurance, employee files, and strong ERP Systems

· the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
