Title: Client Service Associate

This role provides operational and administrative support to Client Advisors, playing a vital role in delivering comprehensive, relationship-based client service. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Manage account maintenance for new and existing clients, including documentation, custodian communication, and regulatory compliance
Process money movements, assist with trade execution, and support ad hoc client requests
Collaborate with investment, accounting, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Prepare and validate reports for client meetings
Maintain accurate client records in CRM (Salesforce)
Lead and coordinate team projects from initiation to completion
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Prior experience in client service or administrative roles within financial services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing role)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred
Series 65 license is a plus

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
