Vaco has partnered with a growing financial services organization seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new business growth and cultivate strategic referral relationships.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 Base Bonus
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain strategic referral and business partner relationships to generate new opportunities and revenue growth.
- Drive new business through consultative sales efforts, relationship development, and market expansion initiatives.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and solution-oriented discussions with prospective clients and referral partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building through closing and ongoing account development.
- Identify market opportunities and execute growth strategies to expand business within targeted customer segments.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales or business development experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success generating new business and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship management skills.
