What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Office Administrator position at Vaco by Highspring?
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized individual to manage daily bookkeeping and office operations for our clients team. This role is onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor records
- Handle Accounts Payable (PO entry, vendor updates)
- Prepare customer invoices and manage A/R reports, including follow-ups
- Process payroll
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Coordinate U.S., Canadian, and occasional international shipments and required documentation
- Perform general office and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
