Our client, a leading professional service company is adding a Banking /Trust Associate to their team. They are seeking to hire this person as a consultant immediately with plans to hire permanently after training for the role.
In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Data Entry for Trust Accounts
- Account Setups, Data Maintenance of Accounts, Account Reconciliations, Deposits, Etc.
- Ensure Proper Paperwork is recieved and is in compliance for Accounts
- Process Claims for accounts
- Sort and apply mail
- Provide Account holders/customers with support
- Draft Spreadshhets and memos as needed
- Handle Mo-End Functions as it relates to Accounts/Accounting
Requirements
Bachelors Degree highly preferred
Experience in retail banking
Good Communication Skills
Strong Excel Skills
Ability to be in the office 100%
