This position will be working onsite.
Hourly pay: $25-33/hr based on level experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enters payables into GL system after performing 3-way matches.
- Ensures compliance with accounting policies.
- Produce weekly reports requesting cash requirements for weekly payments.
- Process AP Check run selections in the system
- Track receipts of goods which haven't been entered into GL system for accrual entries.
- Assist in set-up of new suppliers in the system.
- Respond to vendor inquiries as needed.
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.
