You'll play a critical role in developing the accounting team, strengthening financial controls, and delivering meaningful insights that support executive decision-making. - Lead the month-end close process, including financial reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
- Manage and develop the accounting team through coaching, workload planning, and performance oversight.

- Drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and reporting enhancements across accounting operations.
