Accounting Manager opportunity for someone ideally who has experience working in a family office environment. The individual willensure accuracy in financial records, provide insights into financial performance, and support the overall financial health of the organization.
This is a hybrid role-3 days in NY
Bachelors Degree and CPA certification highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a family office, private equity, or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive financial information.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
