About the Role

Join a growing private equity-backed platform as an Accounting & Finance Manager supporting multiple portfolio companies. This is a high-exposure, hands-on role with a fast-track to a Controller/CFO position.

What You'll Do

• Partner with portfolio companies on accounting and finance initiatives
• Own month-end, financial reporting, and process improvements
• Support M&A integrations, audits, and board-level reporting
• Balance hands-on execution with strategic impact

Target Profile

• 4-6 years experience
• Public accounting or client services experience required, preferably at regional firm with small to mid-size clients
• CPA preferred
• Manufacturing/distribution industry experience a plus
