About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Membership Upgrade Agent / Appointment Setter to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will engage with timeshare owners and travel club members across multiple product lines, helping them enhance their memberships and connecting them with opportunities that fit their needs. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as both an Appointment Setter and Consumer Advisor.

Make 75 calls per day or maintain at least 100 minutes of talk time during an 8-hour shift.

Book 4 appointments daily on average.

Communicate with a wide range of clientele, representing multiple brands and product lines.

Provide members with opportunities to upgrade or enhance their benefits.

Maintain strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple client relationships.
