Job Overview
For this full time, seasonal inspector position, we are looking for a fast paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties. In this role, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards. You will check commonly used items like tv controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also check to ensure the property has all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform minor maintenance service in the event that you determine attention is needed during your inspection. You will communicate large maintenance repairs, and other important findings, to the respective departments upon completion of your inspection.
