What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry Attendant position at Vacation HR?
Lodging In Telluride is seeking a laundry attendant for 25-35 hours per week depending on business/seasonal needs. This is a part-time role. Sundays and Mondays, 8-hr shifts required. Tuesday- Saturday evening shifts, flexible days/hours. Evening shifts start at 4:30pm. Help us maintain our high standards for guests and owners by facilitating our laundry services!
Essential Job Duties:
- Sorting linens, towels, top of bed and other laundry items by color, size, and material
- Packing laundry items based on packing sheet for clean cleaning crews
- Washing items with commercial laundry equipment following proper sanitization protocols
- Drying items with commercial laundry equipment following proper load limit protocols
- Cleaning and maintaining laundry room area and equipment
- Unloading laundry from commercial dryers
- Stocking laundry supplies such as detergent, bleach, laundry bags and fabric softener
- Creating laundry tags with identifiable customer information
- Other related duties as assigned
